Privacy Policy

1. We use order forms that allow you to book a hotel room. We collect your name, e-mail address, postal address, and credit card information. This information is used to process and check orders. We also use this information to contact you in case there is a question or problem with a reservation.

2. We also use data collected when you register, enter a contest, and make purchases to enhance and personalize your booking experience. We strongly value your privacy. Your personal information provided to our web will NOT be passed along for secondary use without your explicit permission.

3. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer this website. We log IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to track a user’s specific session, or to investigate cases of fraud or other security violations on our site. Any personally identifiable information contained in our IP address logs will be treated with the same respect for your privacy that order and registration information is treated.

4. Cookies are small pieces of information that many web sites use to make online navigation easier. This data is contained on your hard drive in a file which your web browser provides for the purpose. A cookie can contain information such as a user ID. Our site can’t read other data on your hard drive or read cookies created by other sites.Our site uses cookies to keep track of your travel cart. You do not need to have cookies turned on to view our site, but you will need to accept cookies to fill the online reservation form.


5. When it comes to fill the online reservation form, you might be worried about your credit card. All transaction related information will be passed on to the trusted financial institution, and we do NOT maintain in our server all or part of your financial information, including but not limited to credit card’s name, number and expiry date.

6. This site has security measures in place to protect from the loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control. Our servers use encrypted methods for those pages which contain personally identifiable data, including your credit card and address. We routinely and seriously monitor and upgrade our security systems to ensure that we use the best security technology available.

Cancellation Policy

     We do not charge any cancellation fee for rooms that have not been confirmed by document. However once your room has been confirmed, you are subject to the cancellation policies detailed below.
     The cancellation policy below applies to all bookings. It is for your best interests to be aware of any cancellation policies that apply and fees that you may incur as the result of a cancellation. Any policies dictated by the hotel will always take precedent over the policy stated here. We will of course inform you clearly and completely if this is the case with your bookin

Early Check-out / Shortening your stay

     We would love to be as flexible as we can regard to this issue. However, as an agent, IDO24 has to abide by the individual hotel policies regarding refunds. Essentially, if the hotel charges you for the nights you cancelled, we do too. If the hotel does not charge you, neither do we and we will refund the amount to you less 5% administration charge; minimum charge 500 Baht. You must cancel the unwanted room nights with us as well as the hotel receptionist or you will not receive your refund if applicable.

No Show (Non-use of reservation)

The guests must notify the agency by writing or e-mail of any cancellation or amendment and be confirmed of any change before the schedule date according to the above table. If the guests do not check in without any notification and confirmation from us, it will be considered as no show case. The whole period will be charged and non-refundable. The reason for this is that as far as the hotel is concerned that the room is booked and they cannot let anyone else occupy it, in case you arrive. Thus the room is held, un-occupied, until they are notified otherwise.

Amendment Policy 

Low Season: Amendment need to be made not less than 7 working days* prior to check-in date.

High Season: Amendment need to be made not less than 14 working days* prior to check-in date.

Peak Season/ Festive & Holiday: Amendment need to be made not less than 21 working days* prior to check-in date.

  • A fee of 200 Baht will be applied plus different amount of room charge.
  • If the amendments require a refund of payment, a bank handling fee 5% of the total refund amount will be charged on top of the 200 Baht amendment fee.
  • We will not responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after cancellations/ amendments without confirmation from us.
  • Working day is Monday to Saturday exclude Sunday & Public Holidays.

Extension of Your Stay

     Be sure to make your reservation for the full duration of your stay. If you do need to extend your booking after arrival, you will need to contact our Reservations office as the hotel will not offer you these discount prices (Hotel will charge you full walk-in rates).

Please Note : Normally peak season period is December 14th – January 15th, high season period is from November 1st –April 30th and low season period is from May 1st – October 31st for all destinations except Koh Samui which its high season has covered July 16th – September 15th. There are some hotels or resorts that high and low season might vary from the mentioned periods above.

Child Policy

     Child prices and other conditions relating to children are agreed upon with each accommodation provider and are not base on any one criterion; therefore, given that each accommodation provider applies its own special conditions and prices, we ask that you enquire about this point when making your booking.

Refund Policy
     The refund will be made through bank transfer or through your credit card, depending on the original method of purchase. IDO24 will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation. Generally, the process takes from 4 to 6 weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank's practice.
